Why Volunteer?
Volunteers are the heart of the Diaper Bank 💙
Imagine a family facing the impossible choice: buying enough diapers to keep their baby clean and dry, or putting food on the table. That’s the reality for so many in our community.
Because of volunteers like you, families don’t have to face that choice alone. With the supplemental support we provide, parents can stretch their resources further—making sure babies have the diapers they need and families have room for other essentials.
Every hour you give—whether sorting, packing, collecting, or hosting a diaper drive—helps bring relief, dignity, and hope.
If you’d like to learn more, take a peek at our Volunteer Handbook. Ready to jump in? Just complete our Volunteer Application. and our coordinator will reach out!
Volunteer Opportunities
Most volunteer shifts are just 1–2 hours, and there are even ways to help on your own schedule. Whether you love hands-on projects, want to pitch in behind the scenes, or would rather rally your group for a drive, there’s a place for you on our team.
Counting, Sorting, and Repackaging Diapers
Get hands-on with the heart of our work! Donations of wipes and diapers are sorted, counted, and recorded for inventory. Then, diapers are bundled into 25-count packs for families and organized by size for easy distribution.
Collecting Donations from Donation Sites
Help us keep the shelves stocked by picking up diapers from one of our community donation sites (click for a list of donation sites) and delivering them to our facility. Usually just once a month!
Host a Diaper Drive
Diaper drives are one of the simplest (and most fun!) ways to help families. No volunteer form required--just gather your group, set a goal, and use our Diaper Drive Toolkit for ready-to-go ideas and materials. When you’re ready, email us so we can support your drive.
