Make & Take Training: Social-Emotional Activities for Home Visits

Join us for an engaging, hands-on Make & Take training focused on supporting young children’s social-emotional development.

Participants will create and take home three ready-to-use activities designed to help families build feelings language, practice calming strategies, and encourage early emotional regulation:

• Colored rice for sensory-based activity boxes

• A simple breathing tool using a flower and pinwheel to teach mindful breathing

• Foam feeling bears with interchangeable faces to explore emotions and expression
